TRANSPORTATION

All new and returning scholars MUST complete the Scholar Transportation Information Form. If you wish to reserve a seat on the RISE school bus, please complete the Bus Transportation Request Form.

Bus seats are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

As a reminder, we have minimal space on our buses, so please be kind and courteous, and only submit this form if you have NO other means of transportation. Please see the attached documents for the designated routes for all buses for completing the Bus Transportation Request Form.

***ALL DAILY TRANSPORTATION CHANGES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 12PM EACH DAY***

This will ensure that the change is made in time.
The request must be submitted EACH DAY that the scholar's usual mode of transportation needs to be changed.
